These terms apply to standard unframed art prints sold through the Brivento website.

Brivento is the trading name of Charlie Hardman, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Products and prices
Product descriptions, available dimensions and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Posters are supplied unframed unless a listing states otherwise. We aim to show colours faithfully, but appearance varies by screen and printing.
Ordering
Orders are placed through Shopify checkout. Any delivery charge and the total payable will be displayed before payment. After an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.
Print production and dispatch
Artwork is produced to order by an independent print partner. The Shipping & Delivery page explains our delivery arrangements. We will fulfil orders within any agreed time or otherwise follow the relevant statutory requirements.
Cancellation, returns and issues
Please see Returns & Refunds for the cancellation process, returns and damaged or incorrect orders. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property
Brivento artwork and branding are not licensed for commercial copying, resale or redistribution merely because a print has been purchased. Normal ownership rights in the physical product remain unaffected.
Changes
These terms may be updated for future orders. Any changes do not retrospectively remove rights that already apply to an order.
